According to ACE-HF prediction of greater than 50% reliability:

30m - 0730 - 1400 hrs
20m - 1430 - 1800 hrs and 2130 - 0030 hrs
17m - 2200 - 0230 hrs

40m shows slightly below 50% reliablity from 1100 - 1300 hrs.

Of course, it's anybody's guess.
