[DX] BS7

I have an old copy of W6EL's program.  That and my seat-of-the-pants feeling
came up with the 40 meter prediction.  I don't have a copy of ACE and it is a
lot more advanced then W6EL. In fact, I had to add 30 meters to W6EL tonight.
Both programs do agree that 30 might be a better shot. 

I was planning on building a pair of phased 40 meter verticals but 30 might be a
better choice.
