[DX] On 12m

I also got him on 12 this evening tonight. My old work-in-progress vertical
doesn't have 12 meters. I switched the meter off because I didn't want to see
the SWR needle jumping all over the scale. If I had of known how little power I
was putting out, I would have quit.  The FT990 is very forgiving. Needless to
say, he was not real strong.
