This will be first time I was at a new Country before it became a new country.
In 1968 when W9ZRX,and I went to operate CQWW as PJ0MM, I made a short
trip to Saba and St. Barts. It was a very quaint small island, very very French
It is a really pretty island, I was only on the island for 1 day, had lunch and
a beer. At that time airfair from St. Martin to St. Barts was $5.00 and taxi drive
arround the island $3.00. Those were the good days, hi.
