[DX] (fwd) [Dxbase] Here we go again....

I have been confused by these prefixes for years and now it is getting worse. 

On the first Tuesday of the month, YU# is Montenegro, 2nd Monday it is Serbia,
and on Feb. 29 it can be used as a wild card !!!
