[DX] Poisson dAvril DX Contest Today

Reminding everyone that the 52nd Annual Poisson d'Avril DX Contest is set for
today. The sponsors have always had a problem getting the rules out in time for
the contest, so the are doing something new this year. The 2010 rules have now
been published. You may use the 2010 rules or make up your own as you go. Feel
free to count Kosovo, Dallas, Houston, etc. as multipliers. A good rule of thumb
is that if Marti can get there, it is a multiplier.

don't bother reading them. No one else does. 

My 2007 four meter single band score was a North American record. I hope to
break that record by making a contact this year. Look for me on 70.450 ATV.
