St. Patrick’s Day Hamfest Cancelled

The 2020 St. Patrick’s Day Hamfest scheduled for March 21 was postponed due to the coronavirus. It has now been decided to cancel the hamfest for this year.

It is planned to have a drawing on May 16 for all the prizes planned to be given away at the hamfest. Those prizes are shown at <https://hamfest.w5qgg.org/prizes-2/>. In addition the hourly prizes will also be drawn. All prizes will be shipped to the winners.

If you rented a table for the hamfest you will automatically receive a refund for the table rental amount paid.

If you prefer NOT to be included in the drawing for the prizes you may request a refund of your pre-registration ticket(s) and any extra chance tickets purchased by sending an email to marc.w5qgg@gmail.com.  Please include the name and callsign used when purchasing. All refund requests must be received by May 9.

The 2021 St. Patrick’s Day Hamfest is tentatively scheduled for March 20, 2021. We hope to see everyone next year!
