The MARC Christmas Party has been scheduled for December 10^th.  We will meet at Cattle Baron’s for fellowship and a meal starting at 7:00 pm.  As has been the norm for the last couple of years, meals are Dutch Treat.  We look forward to seeing everyone there.  Please RSVP to Justin Kennedy at kennedy101@gmail.com.

We are moving the date of the November Meeting to the 5^th from the 12^th.  The clubhouse will open at 7:00 pm with a short business meeting and then the program.  The move is due to a conflict with the Veterans Day Holiday and government rules that don’t allow meteorologists to give outside presentations on Federal Holidays. 

Our speaker will be Mr Mark Strobin and this will be his swan song presentation for the club.  Mark is retiring at the end of December and relocating to the mountains outside of Albuquerque, NM.  Please plan on attending.

The new Midland Amateur Radio Club website has been completely updated using WordPress.  Our old website used Joomla.  It was several versions behind and the theme that was being used was not compatible with the lastest Joomla version.

Our new website is mobile friendly so check it out on your cell phone!
